The Bridge Hamilton
The Bridge Hamilton provides reintegration services to people exiting incarceration. At our temporary 399 Barton Street location, we provide several reintegration supports including our Transitional Housing Program.
Board and Committee Meetings
GET INVOLVED
Getting involved with The Bridge may also be a commitment of time. Our board meetings are open for anyone to attend, and our committees are open to attend and volunteer.

About The Bridge
Since 1970, The Bridge has been promoting safe community reintegration for persons exiting incarceration. Through our restorative approach, we provide clients with an opportunity to rebuild connections to the community and achieve personal reintegration goals for a better future.
